My story isn’t a traditional one. Picture a young entrepreneur sleeping in his car, chasing a dream with everything but the resources to make it happen. That was me. But the truth is, I didn’t do it alone. I was fortunate enough to cross paths with mentors who saw my potential before I did. They taught me how to lead, how to stand out, and most importantly, how to live a life of joy, purpose, and fulfillment.
Every venture I’ve launched, whether a roaring success or a complete flop, taught me invaluable lessons that I now share with my clients. One of my favorite sayings is, "If you learned something along the way, it was not a failure—it was a lesson." That’s the mindset I bring to every coaching session: the belief that each setback holds a lesson, and each lesson is a step closer to success.
When I coach, I’m not just offering advice—I’m paying forward the guidance that once helped me transform my life. I love working with people who are ready to bet on themselves, because I know what it’s like to take that leap. My journey to coaching was anything but linear, but that’s exactly what makes it powerful. In my early career, I managed teams with a coaching mindset long before I officially took on the title of ‘coach.’ I saw firsthand how guiding others to discover their strengths could lead to extraordinary results. This realization propelled me to dive deeper, leading to over 80 hours of specialized training at the Institute for Life Coach Training and earning my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential through the International Coaching Federation.
Early Foundations in Coaching
But the real magic happened when I combined this training with my entrepreneurial spirit and operational expertise. At a concert venue I managed, I applied my Six Sigma Lean training—a methodology focused on efficiency and continuous improvement—to streamline processes, increase revenue, and significantly reduce turnaround times. Watching those changes take effect was like witnessing a live demonstration of how powerful strategic guidance can be. This is the approach I bring to my clients: a data-driven, efficiency-focused strategy that turns their vision into reality.
